Is Scratch better for dogs?

For so long pet food has been compromised by retail stores who markup the price of food by 80% and put pressure on brands to make it for cheaper. Selling online means that we can spend approximately 40% more on ingredients than other premium dog foods. With better food, we can show complete transparency in our labelling and with subscription, we can send you smaller boxes of fresher food, more often.

Can I buy Scratch in a store or one at a time?

Scratch is online, on subscription only. Subscription gives us data to know when your dog will be due for a fresh box. No more heavy bags of old dog food made 18 months ago. Just preservative free food made fresher for your little mate.

Can I get a sample?

We don't do samples, but we do offer 100% refunds on your first order.

How often do fresh boxes arrive?

Every woofer is different. Like a good butt sniff, we get the lowdown on your dog. We then calculate a feeding program around how many calories they need to be their healthiest.

A big Berner might get two fresh boxes every 28 days for example, while a little westie might be every 54 days. Every dogs plan is calculated unique to their age, breed, weight and body type.
