Thank you for being a valued member of Shapeways. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to affect people and businesses worldwide, I wanted to personally reach out and share with you our commitment to leverage all resources to protect our employees, customers and operations during this time.

Shapeways is continuing to operate at full capacity, taking new orders, and supporting Rush, Priority, and Economy fulfillment speeds as usual. However, we will be minimizing visitors to our facilities, restricting “customer pick up” on new orders and shifting to remote work where applicable.

We are closely monitoring the situation, following CDC guidelines, abiding by local regulations and will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
