Your Cocktails 101 Recipes 🥃


Thanks to all that attended the happy hour. Below are recipe cards for the drinks discussed as well as some links to a few affordable bar tools to get you started. Cheers!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz. Bourbon
  • ¼oz. Demerara Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash  Orange Bitters
  • 1 Orange Peel

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Pour into a rocks glass over a large cube. Express orange peel over drink and use as garnish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz. White Rum
  • ¾oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Lime Wheel

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.  Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lime wheel.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1oz. Dry Gin
  • 1oz. Campari
  • 1oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 Orange or Lemon Peel

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Pour into a rocks glass over a large cube. Express peel over drink and use as garnish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz. Gin
  • ¾oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾oz. Honey Syrup
  • 1 Lavender Sprig (Optional)

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.  Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh lavender.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz. Blanco Tequila
  • ¾oz. Triple Sec
  • ¾oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1 Lime Wedge

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.  Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz. Bourbon
  • ¾oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry Shake without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
